Scorchio

The thermometer on my pool patio mid afternoon (in the shade) was 42ºC  as it had been for most of the day. 

The temperature at 18.45 as we left the villa to walk to the seafront was 37.5ºC.

As such temperatures are not fun to be out and about in, after walking the woofer at 8.30, it was an at home / poolside / swim / read / chat kind of day, followed by a very nice evening at Pasa with Melissa and Orhan who also arrived in Akbuk on Monday, having driven from Istanbul. They arestaying at their villa until 8th, so we'll see them again soon.
