Count

A month on from the Peacock caterpillars, there are plenty of adults in the same meadow, which is always good to see. 

Today’s count in this meadow,  roughly a 100x100m square: 53 Gatekeeper; 15 Peacock; 9 Large White; 7 Comma; 5 Meadow Brown; 5 Ringlet; 5 Green-veined White; 2 Small Skipper & 1 Small Copper.
