Barnstaple Long Bridge
I have blipped the Long Bridge before. Quick history lesson. The bridge of 16 arches, and 700ft long was first built around the 13th century. This bridge was reconstructed around 1437 being widened, although it still maintains much medieval work.
An interval Zoom class this morning. Poor Wendy revised what we were going to do as she had been badly bitten by horsefly of horseflies. and does have reactions. So it was decided she would do a chair aerobic session with weights, and one of her daughters would do the moves while we followed. All good and think we all felt we had exercised.
After class having got a coffee and changed, did a quick bit of on line checking and finished up going back over to the site to Sports Direct and have now bought a new pair of trainers. So done well the last couple days with new trail shoes and trainers with a total saving of £80 on the two.
And the sun is shining, garden bins emptied just waiting for them to be washed, and I can carry on with the garden tidy up.
