Peetu's pups!

We (hubby, Emma, Peetu and I) had a full day road trip! First, we drove to Lappeenranta, it took almost four hours. We had lunch in the harbor market area and then we continued to Joutseno, where Peetu's and Hula's puppies and the dog breeder Mirva lives with her family. I have no words to describe how cute and adorable the puppies were! All seven were awake when we arrived, but quite soon they started to fall sleep one by one. Two little ones crawled to sleep on my lap (we sat on floor, of course :) In the photo there are also mother Hula and grandmother Blondie, who has helped caring for the puppies. 

After overwhelming puppy therapy session, we drove back to Lappeenranta to see sand sculptures. One as an extra.

After messy ice cream cones eating, we continued our journey to Porvoo. We had a dinner in the restaurant Fryysarinranta and then had a walk on narrow cobblestone streets. It was so late already, that we were pretty much the only tourists in the old town - that's rare.

We were back at home 23:30. Quite a day!
