Notes: Body as stiff or more so than yesterday. Had coffee and Michelle headed to office. Heard from Laura again about her infrared and Bemer machine and decided to go try them. Stopped at UPS Store first to do some Amazon returns (extra phone cases) and then to Laura's. Laid on the infrared w/ the Bemer and she did a mini session for me - was great! These amazing blooming trees near her house! Headed to the Sully Station Aldi then and for a big bag of stuff. Made a smoothie when I got back after putting stuff away. Finished a load of laundry, vacuumed some. Took a shower in the afternoon and made up the bed (washed sheets and grounding strip). Worked on some of Michelle D's stuff off and on. Michelle came home from work and left again to play pickleball at Janet's (Clifton) private courts. I worked thru most of the evening and then we did Essentrics and back trying to finish email send-outs from Eventbrite before this week's events, Fri & Sat. Was having trouble and up late.
