High Summer

Oh we are in the midst of summer here in western Oregon! Warm sun, plants growing faster than I can keep up. Lazy days. Well, not today actually since I taught class. This morning I found this beautiful rose on the campus of the college I teach.

We’re headed to central Oregon this afternoon to fish in the Deschutes River - we’ll be there until Friday. Perhaps you’ll see a blip of yours truly with a fish!
