Muffins

This evening, Sophia and I have baked some triple chocolate chip muffins! We're yet to try them as they are cooling, but they look and smell delicious! The recipe was really quick and easy too! The hardest part was going to the shops to find cupcake cases as we can't seem to find the ones we had before. 

I have the day off work tomorrow for my birthday. Sophia has a day planned, but it's a surprise. We're going to the Royal Armouries museum, but that's all I know so far. This is also plan B. Plan A I found it was a picnic in either Roundhay Park, or along a deer trail somewhere an hours drive away, but unfortunately the weather has prevented that. I'm excited to see what she has planned though.
