Afternoon office

We recorded a podcast this afternoon. My team get to do it quite a lot, but I'm rarely allowed out!! 

Husband and boys were out at swimming when I got home. They bumped into friends on the way homeand all had a play on bikes, I wandered out to meet them. The play ended pretty quickly when the eldest fell off and landed on his face, it's pretty grazed and bruised, with plenty of other bumps and bruises. He is incredibly brave, but is sleeping with me this evening. We're all feeling very sorry for him.
