Appointments, furniture delivery, other deliveries and other doings.  Busy.  Food on my mind, manifesting in odd ways while I was out earlier today.

Later, on my way over to T. Joe's I stopped and watched a red-tailed hawk bathing and drinking at a bird bath in someone's front yard.  On Laurel Street I encountered a swarm of bees - ok, what is it with San Carlos and bee swarms this year? there have been so many.  A lot of hawk activity, which isn't unusual, they fight with the crow gang and from the dining room window last night we watched one fly in hot pursuit of a crow, we didn't see how it ended.
