Fully laden
I have made a Wensleydale cheese today. It is inside the mould in the press for the night. The combination of bricks and weights adds up to 22kg, which is perfect for cheese which needs a heavy press, like this one.
In the garden, amongst other things, I shovelled chook poo out of the run and into trenches in the brassica bed. Thank you chooks :-)
While cheese making I caught up with a couple of podcasts, one of which was this tale of integrity and bravery from a USA DOJ whistle blower. It heartens me to think that maybe he is the first of many...
