A visitor

Here’s Tilly from a couple of houses down visiting Millie.

We get visits from Tilly on most days, which I’m not sure Millie doesn’t always appreciate. That said, Tilly is absolutely gorgeous, so friendly and I think she is intrigued by this old lady … a twenty year plus age gap. I think Millie sometimes behaves like Miss Haversham towards Tilly, though it doesn’t put her off from visiting, lol.

In other news, I had an emergency dental appointment, as I’ve been having toothache recently. 

Turns out that I have an infection and probably need to have some root canal work. However, armed with antibiotics, the dentist and I are hoping to start the process in mid-August after our next cruise. This will also allow for my regular dentist (the root canal expert apparently) to have returned from her holiday, which she is currently on. It’s all so disappointing, particularly, as both myself and Martin are obsessive about dental and hygienist appointments!

Off to Matt and Gemma’s this evening to play Scrabble.
