Woolacombe

A ladies-wot- lunch outing today in glorious sunshine.
WE drove to Woolacombe, up to Marine parade that overlooks the wonderful sands below.  There is a lovely cafe there which none of us have been to before. Today was the day...... A delicious selection of snacks produced and eaten in bright sunlight with a fabulous view. Two of us even had ice creams - yum! 
There is this cow relaxing in the shade and I had to chuckle when a young girl came along, sat down and tried to milk it!  The cow doesn't appear to be at all worried and even appears to have a smile on her face!
We stopped off en route home to see the swans and cygnets - still 10 - so they have done a wonderful job of warding off any predators. See extra.
