Pink Bubblewrap

Well the boys are safely back in Wapping now. It's oh so quiet!

Mrsfb couldn't come to the station with us as she had to stay in for a delivery - my smart watch came back from repair - except that they checked out all the hardware and software and it was all working perfectly. Oh well, we shall see.

I've been catching up on a few things and watched a webinar recording of Nat Coalson, something suggested by steveng. How To Make Your Best Photos Ever .... It was mainly aimed at getting people to sign up to his Photocraft Academy. I must admit I dozed off a bit. It's not something for me, though a lot of what he said about being in the moment and using design principles resonated with me. I think I work like that anyway. I'm sure many blippers do too, blipfoto tends to focus you like that.

One thing he did say was that if you look around the room you are in, or out of the window, or down at your feet you may find something to make a great photo. I did, and saw the pink bubblewrap that my watch came back in. I wrapped it around my hand. It didn't quite work the way I saw it in my head, and it's not the best photo I have ever taken, but hey-ho, it's Abstract Thursday and it has textures.
