Finally out with the big lens

At the Photography Show (remember that?), I bought myself a retirement present - a 180-600mm lens.

It's big and heavy (by definition) and tonight I finally got an opportunity to put it to use.

A photowalk with the club to Woburn to shoot (photographically) the deer.

I learned a few lessons and still managed to get a few decent shots.
