A gentle landing ...

I arrived back here, late in the afternoon , after seeing the optician in the West End , to find Jay and Sheila in the garden. 
She has been agitated these last days , and it was lovely to see this beautiful red admiral butterfly landing on her arm. 
Peace so much needed in this house.
