New Bike

My old one was about 20 years old. Both were bought on the BiketoWork scheme, a great initiative. This is a Trek 3 Dual Sport. Sofarsogood. 

I skipped my swim this morning but instead went for a dip at the Dock. It was busy enough. Rua ignored all the activity and sat and waited while I dipped. It was less than a minute but we'll build it up. 

I'm on target with my course, 4 modules in 4 days. I'll finish it tomorrow.
