The Flumlet regaled us will detailed facts in the Animal Section of the museum this morning, before we wandered along through the concourse.

I thought it was snack time but, though Mr Flum and I had coffee, he had nothing. In fact, he wasn't much engaged with any other exhibits so, having watched the automatons on the clock, we headed for the museum shop before leaving, rather earlier than planned.

I don't recall how the subject of telephone scams arose but a lengthy discourse ensued on the best and most amusing method of responding to a scam call. Our suggestions varied between simple refusal to cooperate with the caller, to winding them up with delaying tactics.

Once back at Flum Towers we decided to write scripts for this latter response. While mine ran along the lines of Doddery Old Woman (in my natural element...) fussing about the login, he rattled off a series of proposed interruptions including pets misbehaving in various and unpleasant ways, possibly fatal.

So, scammers beware of taking us on, you might find yourself hanging on the line for an eternity!
