Bourbon Tasting

When in Kentucky one must take part in a least one Bourbon tasting. We didn't waste any time in visiting a downtown tasting room, Old Forester established in 1870, to try the latest wares. Fortunately, we arrived just after a new release event and there were still some samples left, which we were able to try gratis. Then it was on to a structured tasting of six different types and styles. My brother-in-law bought two bottles of the new release, I found a rye that I would consider for a future purchase.
