New reader

Despite having gone to the British Library many times for work meetings, today was my first day as a customer of the BL’s services.

From reception to issuing readers tickets to security and curatorial staff in the reading rooms, everyone was unfailingly helpful, it was a pleasure to visit.

Didn’t find what I was looking for, of course. Just needs another visit, I suppose!
