Sorry, Abstract Thursday!

The Night Heron has done it, again!  He showed up today and when I finally could see him, he posed in two different locations under bright sunlight and under shade, giving him two different color looks, but it is the same bird in both shots. I also saw a Night Heron under the bridge, but did not get a good enough shot of it there to post.  Of course, I had to observe the Heron Rule.  My sweet friend, Jane, saw another one swoop overhead while I was taking pictures of this one, but that one didn't join in the photo op.  I'm glad to know that there is more than one in the area.  Could mean that we will be seeing more of them in the future......
