Lillies

These are twelve days old and seem to be at the same stage of depreciation. I think there will be a huge pile of petals and stamens quite soon. They are on a worktop so can easily be cleared. They were a “sweetener” from the chap who is going to rebuild our front wall, he had to put the job back a few weeks.

Hot today but washing dried quickly.

Only one parcel delivery today, four packages. But last evening at 21.15 we had one more. Haha the bell just rang, post office this time and a grinning driver, another one you have had a lot! Told him they were for my son.
