Walk along the Ouse in Newhaven

New boat owned by Herbosch-Kiere Marine Contractors. Looks like the type that's used to attend to the wind farm structures with legs that descend and steady it on the sea floor. I think they're called jack-up barges.

However at the moment this is involved in building a new quay  - more here.
