I moved my swimming session from this morning to Monday, and then went for a walk instead before it got too hot. The photo was taken as I passed through one of the new housing estates on the way home.

Lunch was given a miss because Rhian and I had an appointment with some cake this afternoon, and very nice it was too! Meynell Langley Gardens is a local nursery and café, some great plants, but parts of it are pretty rundown... luckily not the café. I ate my cake quite fast before the wasps discovered it. Later I've been yawning my head off, the result of all the sugar!
