A busy day and Emma dragged me up Garshellach at lunchtime.  Near ran me off my feet!  She's much futter than me...  However, I have a sore foot...  It was fine going up but as soon as we started coming back down... Jeezo!  No idea what I have done to it!  This getting old malarkey is getting boring...
