Outside looking in.

Yet another bug. We seem very popular. 

Our council has produced a plan to introduce parking restrictions for just about all of the residential streets that don't already have restrictions. Our favourite community center is in the middle of one such area. The outcome, if the plans are implemented, is that most users will not be able to travel to the centre.
None of the local residents have asked for the changes and many of them are likely to find they have nowhere to park. 
The council is about to receive a deluge of feedback...
