Busy day

It's been a busy day with training and a doggy chiropractor appointment in the morning/afternoon and a team evening later. 

The boys had a check up to make sure they are fit, when we start our journey towards the World Championship.  Luckily all looked good. 

I met with the rest of the team for a meal and some fun in the evening. We had a good time with lots of laughs.
