Busy Fly

Lots of flies on the mint flowers - they seem to like feeding on them. 
I booked a dental check as I've had a very sore gum this past week  - turned out to be an infection so I was given some antibiotics. These last a week but are already making a noticeable difference. 
The rest of the day I was working on the Affinity publisher photobook as part of the book making course with Stewart Wall. It's really taxing my brain as I take ages to find out how to do something in Affinity - this software is like Photoshop except different terminology is used and things are in different places; much time wasted in doing things with simple actions - like blurring. 
After far too long I got the basic book done and turned into a pdf to send off to Stewart.
I can't see me moving away from the Adobe software. It would take far too long to learn - 'old dogs and new tricks' comes to mind. 
Affinity is good software though and a one off payment rather than subscription based.
