1st Class Emily

My niece Emily graduated from Leeds this year with a first class degree in Sports and Nutrition. Dad and I were delighted to be able to squeeze in a meal with her tonight in between her working shifts. She’s a much in demand swimming teacher this summer and finished at 8pm tonight and starts again at 10am tomorrow. She’ll be staying in Leeds to do a Masters next year.

It was so nice to catch up with this hard working, focused and beautiful young lady, we are all so proud of her. Very many congratulations Emily. Xxx

It was also lovely to see some of Dads oldest friends Lyn and Clive in Leeds for lunch. The friendship goes back nearly 70 years, from the days when my parents lived in Nigeria.
