Two Days Later

All the rubble and ashes have been removed and the area is seeded under a cover of straw.
  It turns out that the report of a fatality might be only a rumor.  I heard today that no remains were found (no bones or jewelry or shoes) despite the fact that two different cadaver dogs alerted at the same spot.
