Speculative construction boom from mid noughties was stopped almost overnight in 2008/2009 leaving thousands finished, semi-finished or just stared buildings all over country. While buildings in main cities may be finished and inhabited at some point in not too distant future, those at the edges of tourist resorts (like this one) will be harder thing to sell. Who knows they may turn straight to archaeological ruins which will be visited by some future tourist in couple thousand years as we visit Roman and Greek now (this raises interesting question: did Romans or Greeks have speculative building crisis driven by cheap money and "innovative" financial instruments?)
