Lightening The Load....

....a pigeon takes advantage of a streetlight here, to maybe take in the surrounding view at leisure, and get an enlightened view of the area ;-)

After a cloudy start, the sunshine made an appearance mid afternoon, with largely sunny spells thereafter.
