Northern sky...
...at half past nine in the evening, when there was thunder and rain in many directions from west to northeast, but not near. We had a little thunder earlier, but not much rain. In the afternoon it was +30°C, a bit higher humidity than the day before, and it was more windy.
I started the day by topping a couple of small fields that would have been too wet to harvest last week. They might have been okay-ish now, but no point trying it any more, when we have more than enough hay and the dry weather will probably end soon.
The insurance company confirmed that they pay for the tyre, and the tyre shop promised to deliver the new tyre by next Wednesday. Could have been worse!
I had some errands to run in the afternoon, so I got to spend most of the hottest hours in the van and in shops with reasonable AC.
