Walnut & Lichen
An odd day.
But at least there was no work.
Yesterday's experiment with Fileja & 'Nduja was partially successful. The sauce was amazingly good, the pasta not so much. The feeling was that it could do with a lot more cooking. It was just al dente for ever. But trying new things is always good. And as a bit of advice, if you cook with 'Nduja you're going to have red hands and a red chopping board. It must be a cousin of turmeric.
