Marinating
A little while ago I came across a set of Tesco Cook Books that hadn't seen the light of day for years. While looking through them for something different to cook for myself and my son I came across a recipe for Cheesy Baked Chicken. It's very quick and simple.
The first time that I cooked it, my son commented that the lemon used in it had only flavoured the top part of the chicken breast, so I have modified the recipe and now marinate the chicken breasts. Easy fix.
