Off in their travels

The gang minus Cameron are off to Vienna today (Friday).  They are flying with Ryanair and Ben and Dave have the underseat small bag but Laura bought a cabin bag for her stuff. She said she was using the pull along case that  Ben used for Liverpool and had measured it with an app on her phone.

I took down my Easyjet underseat bag (which is too large for Ryanair) as I knew the pull along would NOT comply with the Ryanair sizing.  

Yes, when I measured it with a proper measure it was too big!  I rolled up all her stuff and fitted it into the soft bag I took down.

S drove then to the airport for a 2pm flight.  I did some faffing around till he came home.

We went a walk and the. I booked the accommodation for Copenhagen.  We had to get an apartment hotel and this one has three rooms and a kitchen and two balconies.  We would have had to book two separate rooms for the three of us.  Three adults in one room ain’t my idea of fun.

They landed safely and in to their apartment.  I warned them that everything shuts on a Sunday and to stock up with food.  We found out the hard way when there in 2016.  And also it’s still pretty cash orientated.  They had to take euros.  When in Stockholm and Copenhagen we had no cash with us it was all card which is great.
