And Today's Task...

...was to finish the bottling. And it's done, until the next time.

This week we've been given aubergines, courgettes and tomatoes by friends and bought some very cheap peaches and nectarines. Although we now have a reasonably sized freezer it's not large enough for everything, and my stockpile of jars have come in handy... as I knew they would sooner or later... and we now have six jars of peaches in syrup, five jars of ratatouille and seven jars of green tomato chutney.

Now we need a larder!
