Sour dough
You know how it is - you drive down the same road two or three times a week, and you see this bakery, and think - one day I must try that out.
Well, we did, and finally we have - and it's AMAZING.
100% sour dough, baked in a genuine wood oven. Today's flavour was black rice and sesame - not a bread we've ever tried before, but it's exceptionally good. And so is the iced cinnamon & walnut bun.
The only question to ask is why on earth didn't we go there before?
