I meet the Nudgee Runners at 6:30am and Susan and I walked and talked while the rest ran... We did 1.47km, Strava's Athlete Intelligence said - Early morning walk with a bit more elevation than usual, keeping your step count steady and exploring a familiar route...
We all went for coffee afterwards and some of us had a treat... I'm away the next 2 Sundays so I'll miss them...
Today I finally got Ruben's suitcase out ready to start packing, least I've got a few more days before I fly out...
