Flower Saturday

First thing, I was at the allotment sitting down and weeding through the now finished broad bean patch. 10 huge courgettes later I returned home.

Thankfully, the Lions provided a great rest of the morning entertainment. Such a to and fro game. Great to watch the Aussies come back fighting and to see our lads lift their heads after half time.

Later, we walked less than 10 minutes to get on and off a bus at a restaurant in Bruntsfield, which we discovered shortly after opening just before Christmas. Sadly, it's a victim of its own success. Menu prices hiked, and food quality lowered. However, it's nice to get out.

And on the plus side, dealing with pain through the day is helping me sleep better at night, although Im not sure that makes sense.
