Our just desserts for GCSE results day...

So this is what cookie dough lava cake looks like before it was scoffed!

We've had a lovely supper out tonight to congratulate Katy on her success with her Eng Lit GCSE. Yes she was only doing one (this year) ... but as one of the youngest in Year 10 I'm really proud of her. She sounded buzzing when she rang me with her grade .. and rightly so.

Thought we would be dining amidst a sea of GCSE-ers ... but we weren't!

Congrats to all GCSE students ... and their patient, supportive and - perhaps - slightly stressed parents.
