Bell-lyre

Today on our bike ride, we heard marching music in the distance. 
Naturally, we cycled towards the source of the music. 
Sure enough, there was a small orchestra playing in a park.
I spotted a man playing an instrument I had never seen before. 
It had a beautiful bell-like sound. 
Appropriately, it is called a bell-lyre.
