Sunday

Woke just before my free hour of electricity. 
Put a wash on and had a shower, then a few hours on the sofa. 
I feel like I have electricity running through me, feeling tingly and agitated. Went through to Stockbridge,  had a wander and stopped to read my book with a tea. 
Home to continue feeling agitated and having thoughts.
