Chilli

Today's big cooking job to keep the freezer topped up. Found this stuff in Tesco and although it's only a little jar, it certainly packs quite a punch of chilli and smokiness. Otherwise, popped along to Inverkeithing to pick up train tickets for tomorrow's little adventure: catching the 1048 to Dundee with the tractor so that I can cycle home. Well, cycle as far towards home as my unaccustomed legs will take me. The route, intentionally, closely follows the train tracks through Fife, giving plenty of opportunities to bail out although since the first 15 miles are fairly flat, anything less than Kirkcaldy (35 miles) will be a bit of a disappointment. Further is a bonus.
