Therapy

When you arrive at a shopping centre 20 minutes after it opened and there are about 100 cars in line to enter the car park you know you will need some form of therapy. Just as well they provide these sun loungers...

Our stay wasn't long but it was successful, I grabbed this shot as we left. It gives you a feeling how I felt during the visit.

The rest of the day involved some garage tidying and controlling my nerves watching the Lionesses retain their European title. Well done ladies, you don't make it easy for us fans.
