I had to make the journey to Nuremberg in two steps: a flight to Munich and then a train to my final destination.

It was fairly easy going, overnight in a hotel by the entrance to terminal two in Manchester and only hand luggage. Then in Munich airport the ticket machine listed the train options including times and platform numbers.

Blip is of the 'family compartment ' on the immaculate train, complete with murals and a table you can play games on! At 175kph there was hardly a sound or vibration and the charging points worked.
