Flying in

I was awake early this morning and then struggled to get comfy and settled so went down stairs and had a couple more hours on the reclining  sofa pleased to say I did get back to sleep. 
A steady morning which included watching some Cricket England V India sadly it fizzled out to a draw but at least England still lead the series 2-1.

This afternoon a trip over to Retford to visit Jeri and the family and Grace came down from Leeds to celebrate her Birthday which was earlier in the week . A walk on my arrival to get a blip which is of a bee enjoying some buddleia. Then back to Jeri's where we watched a very entertaining but nervy England Lionesses take on Spain in the European cup final finishing 1 - 1 England thankfully went on to win 3-1 on penalties . Back home now and the darts final is on TV .
Still struggling to hear a lot of the time due to a wax build up so I have booked myself in to get them sorted on Tuesday at a clinic near work as it not something the NHS offer anymore
