I’m very lucky to have some fabulous friends who pick me up and take me out….my life has become care in the community. It seems I have not one but two large fractures in my spine, yet I’ve still not been contacted by the spinal team. It came up on my NHS app that a referral to spinal could take up to 19 weeks!!! It is so frustrating.

Anyway, I went along to Sale Waterpark with Ruth, Suzanne and Louise this afternoon. They swam the course and I sat and watched along with the geese. It is always nice to be near water, but it’s hard to miss out on a swim.

Jenny had a front crawl lesson at Dock 8 at 18:45 and I went along too. Again I sat and watched, it was a lovely evening and the water looked fabulous.

Thank goodness for my lovely friends.
