Sands of time.

This is in our downstairs cloakroom. It makes it possible to time how long various ablutions are taking. I bought it a few months ago from one of my favourite ‘oop North’ shops, the Loom loft in Clitheroe. I love going there.

My job at church went reasonably well this morning. I needed the congregation to be a bit more communicative during the sermon but I will have to encourage a bit more discussion in the future, it must have taken a lot out of me because I fell asleep in the Grand Prix. I managed to watch the end of the Tour de France and the football! Well done England!
