Perfect Skin
Very close to where I found the Fox Snake curled up the other day, there, streched out on the lawn was a perfect snake skin. I could make out some faint rings near the tail, so even if it wasn't 'my' snake it was definitely not a garter snake. It was a bit scrunched up near the head end, but when I pulled it out the skin was about 3 feet long.
It's hard to take photos of long, thin objects so this is a macro shot of the skin from the back of the snake near the head.
