Neon sky

...following an afternoon of thunder, a heavy downpour, and a blessedly cooler evening spent swimming in a neighbor's pool. We were invited up the street for pizza and swimming, and the pool felt great after the heavy slam of heat and humidity this morning. 

I'm not sure I've ever seen a sunset like this, with a great purple funnel of a shadow (I think) stretching across the clouds. Extra is after the colors softened a bit. I didn't saturate the color though I thought about toning it down for the blip!
